Refund Policy — Officially Watchly

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not give refunds if you change your mind. Please review product details carefully before you order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us at orders@officiallywatchly.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Lost or undelivered orders If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, it may already be on its way and can't be canceled.

Refund timing Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. When the money appears depends on your bank or card provider.
