Terms of Service — Officially Watchly

These terms apply to your use of officiallywatchly.com and to any purchase you make from Officially Watchly ("we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products We do our best to show our watches accurately. Colors and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary.

2. Pricing and payment All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Link, Cash App Pay, Klarna and Affirm, all processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Orders We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after that. Delivery times are estimates. Some orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners. If we can't ship your order within the estimated time, we'll tell you and offer you the choice to cancel for a full refund.

5. Returns and refunds All sales are final. We don't accept returns, except as described in our Refund Policy for damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered orders.

6. No warranty Products are sold "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Officially Watchly makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This doesn't affect your rights under our Refund Policy for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

7. Intellectual property All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Officially Watchly and may not be used without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability To the extent allowed by law, Officially Watchly isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

10. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they're posted on this page.
